These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyDashboard ("the Service"), operated by True North Venture, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyDashboard is a web-based dashboard application that aggregates publicly available information (news feeds, stock quotes, weather data, sports scores, and others) into a customizable browser start page. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid plans.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free plan. The Free plan is available at no charge and provides access to a limited set of widgets and features as described on the pricing page.
Pro plan. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($3/month) or annually ($24/year). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Free trial. New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at the stated rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. We will charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date.
Refunds. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information is stored securely by Stripe and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge you on our behalf.

The Service displays data from third-party sources including news publishers, financial data providers, sports leagues, and weather services. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Financial data displayed is not financial advice.
We aim to keep the Service available but make no guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. In the event we discontinue the Service, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by True North Venture, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's source code or design without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE NORTH VENTURE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
